Legislative Budget and Finance Committee State Documents
The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee is a bipartisan, bicameral legislative service agency, or joint committee, of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. The Committee works to provide members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly with timely, accurate, and unbiased information, analysis, and performance evaluation to inform their policy decisions. The Committee makes recommendations aimed at eliminating unnecessary expenditures, promoting economy in the government of the Commonwealth, and assuring that state funds are being expended in accordance with legislative intent and law.
