Office of Consumer Advocate State Documents
The Office of Consumer Advocate has the purpose of representing utility customers in matters before the Public Utility Commission and other state and federal commissions and courts. At the Advocate's discretion, he/she may determine the consumer concern and initiate legal or administrative action.
The publications of the Office of Consumer Advocate contain annual reports. Selected topics from these publications include yearly happenings of the agency. The bulk of the current material is dated from 2016 to present.
