The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is a quasi-governmental independent agency that administers several state-level and national higher education student financial aid programs and services for the Commonwealth. PHEAA funds are distributed to financial aid outlets, including the administration of the PA State Grant Program and other state-funded student aid programs.
