Pennsylvania Milk Board State Documents
The Pennsylvania Milk Board acts to supervise and regulate the entire milk industry of the Commonwealth, including production, manufacture, processing, storage, transportation, disposal, distribution, and sale of milk and milk products for the protection of the health and welfare of the inhabitants. The Board also provides security for farmers by licensing milk dealers and bonding those dealers for milk purchased from Pennsylvania farmers.
The publications of the Pennsylvania Milk Board contain annual reports and standards. Selected topics from these publications include milk weighing and testing, and fiscal affairs of the Board. The bulk of the current material is dated from 2003 to 2018.
